Indicative Prices on this Website

Please note that product prices on this IGA Shop Online website are indicative prices only, based on a recommended retail price. As most IGA stores are independently owned, prices may vary from store to store. The actual price for each item in your order will be determined prior to payment by the IGA store which delivers your order. A receipt from that store will be provided with your delivered order showing the individual product prices charged by that store and the total price.

How it works

IGA Shop Online allows us to bring the personal service of your local IGA store to your door. This is how it works:

1. First, register for the shop – click here to register
2. Enter your address to check if we have a participating store delivering to your area.
3. If we can serve you, you will then be able to complete your registration and shop online straight away.
4. If we don’t have a store that can deliver to you yet, you’ll be able to leave us your email and we’ll let you know as soon as we do.
5. Select the items you want to order and proceed to your cart when you’re ready where you’ll be able to check your order and the indicative price.
6. Proceed to the checkout where you will be able to add any special requests, such as special items you know your local IGA retailer sells that aren’t on IGA Shop Online yet, and submit your order request.
7. We will then pass your order and contact details on to your local IGA store.
8. Once your order has been received, the store will pack your order and call you to take payment over the phone and arrange delivery.

What products can I order?

We have selected around 1,800 essential and popular items that are commonly stocked at most local IGA stores. You can submit a customised order, selecting only those products from this range that you need.

Will there be a delivery fee?

Yes. There will be a delivery cost to deliver your groceries directly to your door. This will be determined by your local store and they will let you know what this is when they contact you.

Will substitutes be provided for out of stock items?

Please note that some items in the IGA Shop Online range may not be stocked, or may be out of stock, at your local IGA store and may not be able to be delivered.
